Chad didn’t set out to be a contractor — he became one out of necessity. As a property manager overseeing commercial builds, he saw what happened after the ribbon-cutting: the shortcuts, the callbacks, the subs who disappeared when things went sideways. So, he built something different.

• Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Real Estate – St. Cloud State University
• 35 years of commercial construction and property management experience
• Skilled “troubleshooter” with deep knowledge of building infrastructure, operations, and maintenance

With 35+ years in the industry, Chad doesn’t just manage builds, he builds long-term relationships. Acting as your Construction Concierge, he brings the right people to the job, solves problems before they start, and stays personally involved from bid to punch list.

Credentials:

• Bachelor of Arts, Urban Studies — Augsburg University, Minneapolis
• Experience in construction due diligence, design/procurement, and project
  management for national retailers, financial institutions, and hospitality providers
• LEED AP ID+C credentialed since 2009

This experienced, dedicated team member works behind the scenes to make sure everything adds up and nothing slips through the cracks.
